Are you outsourcing?
Potentially. Send your name, contact info, and resume to firstname.lastname@example.org – if I’m interested you’ll hear back from me.
My company has a project we need done pro-bono. Do you do that type of work?
Unfortunately, no. I get so many of these types of requests it’s just impossible for me to take on this kind of project.
Paper or Plastic?
I would say paper in most cases.
How long will my project take to complete?
Most of my projects are 3 week to 3 month projects. If you’re under a serious rush then let’s chat and see if we can work something out. My current clients are always at the top of my priority list… If you’re needing a full, CMS driven website by next Tuesday, then I probably can’t help you.
Would you be interested in doing some contract work in our office?
No… that doesn’t interest me at all.
What kind of services do you provide?
If it gives me the opportunity to be creative then more than likely I dabble in it. I primarily focus on design for both print and Web. I do Atlanta web design for clients there, but also do extensive travel and work with clients all over the U.S. on website work, branding and identity/logo work, print and packaging and more. For an extensive list of my services, check out the Services area.
Do you design WordPress sites?
Yes! The majority of the websites that I do are custom built, Atlanta WordPress themes. I don’t limit myself to WordPress, but if you’re looking for an Atlanta WordPress Developer, then you’ve come to the right place.
Can you design a logo for me?
I normally only work on logos as a part of a larger branding/marketing scheme. But contact me and let’s talk.
Are you the same Nathan Currin who sings in that band?
I am NOT the Nathan Currin from the band, Family Force Five; I am however the Nate Currin (www.natecurrin.com) who sings, writes and makes beautiful folk-rock music.
Are you based in Atlanta or San Francisco?
While I work from the road much of the time and San Francisco was my home for the past 2 years, I now spend more of my time in Atlanta than anywhere, from my home office in Gainesville, Georgia. I do however work remotely most of the time and spend a great deal of time not only in Atlanta, but Florida, California and New York City as well.
All that being said, I do take on clients from all over the US and occasionally even foreign clients. So, if you’re interested in Atlanta web design or my other services then give me a call and let’s discuss your needs. Or if you have a San Francisco Web Design project, please keep me in mind for that as well.
What are your rates?
I don’t really have rates. Each clients’ needs are varied and therefore my costs vary for each project. I bid projects on a case-by-case basis, and really only bid on projects that interest me.
My cousin can design my website for $500. Can you match his rate?
Probably not. You get what you pay for… if you’re really looking for something in that range, I am probably not the designer for you anyway. I do, however offer website and design options for just about any budget.
What inspires you as a designer?
All sorts of things inspire me. I get inspired by even simple things such as buildings and architecture to items in every day life. But specifically, I am inspired by thrift stores, poetry, nostalgia, Sigur Rós, medieval history, Biblical literature, Faith, and antique tobacco pipes.
