I don’t always include User-experience design for my projects… in fact, more often then not, we dive directly into UI and design & layout, and skips the official UX step, at least in smaller and medium sized projects. And then out of the blue, a larger agency calls me up and ask if I would be willing to walk through the entire experience process with one of their current clients.
And so, my most recent project has literally been working through wireframes with a national automobile marketing company. Though not my preference for the top of my list as to what I could be working on, this was an interesting experience, and really helped to continue to open my eyes and broaden my horizons to the importance of how the user-flow and experience for the navigator is so important.
